Candidate: Maurice Turgeon

Maurice Turgeon is an incumbent and has served on Council for 15 years. Maurice has worked in many capacities with the Municipality including the fire department, by-law enforcement, roads department and water and sewer.

Maurice has been a Council representative to the Parry Sound & District Emergency Medical Services Advisory Committee (Land Ambulance) for eight years, been a past volunteer firefighter, spent 39 years on the Callander Christmas Cheer Committee, been a past Museum Board member and chair for 10 years, worked with the Callander Lions Club for 48 years as a past Cabinet member and District Governor and has been Chair of the MCTV Lions Christmas Telethon.
